		<description>I agree. A reported level of economic performance depends on many different factors and interpretations, and currently, it is still too early to make a conclusive argument that there is a recovery. 
Since we can never see into the future, this may just be a short term gain. Then again, sometimes a few encouraging words can lift someone out of the bottom.</description>
